For our August meeting we will hear from the organizations we serve and our own volunteers talk about where we send the donation quilts (and more). We see these quilts showcased every month in our Guild "Show & Tell" sessions.
We'll find out more about opportunities for our members to be more involved in our "Service and Charity" workshops.
We will adding a short Q&A session each month called “Ask the Expert”. Please send in any quilting related questions you have about tips and tricks or general advice to Beth Fannin or Libby Armstrong.
For instance, Beth was asked to rehab a quilt made in the 1930’s, but in order to patch the quilt she had to wash out years of handling and brighten the colors. How do you wash a fragile antique quilt? Turns out we have experts right in our Guild. This will be an opportunity to ask questions and have the experts among us answer!
Meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 12:30. Come at 11:30 to socialize and bring your lunch.

Monthly programs may feature a speaker, trunk show, or twice-yearly festive luncheons.
